Jan Imarisio

Dip Ed, Adv. Dip CCFT

Jan Imarisio is a qualified and registered primary school teacher with nine years teaching experience. She is currently doing her Masters in Counselling through The Australian Catholic University.

Jan has a passion for families! She has her Advanced Diploma in Counselling and Famiy Therapy with her counselling style as eclectic incorporating Expressive Therapies, Psychodynamics, Cognitive Behaviour and Narrative Therapy. She specialises in the areas of self-worth and identity, conflict resolution, grief and loss,  with her strengths being in childhood/adolescence, marriage and family counselling.

Jan has shared 20 years of parenting four children with her husband. She is originally from Brisbane but has lived on the Sunshine Coast for the last 25 years.  Her Christian faith is a core personal value for Jan.  Jan and her family are involved in her church and local community.
