Sean Murray

Counsellor

Sean is a father of three who lives in the hinterland of the Sunshine Coast. Over the years he has run his own businesses and been a full time father. Whilst raising his children as a single father and dealing with the challenges that all of this entails, Sean decided to travel the journey of studying to enhance his knowledge of what makes us who we are and how best to interact with each other. Sean’s goal was to learn how to achieve the best outcomes in a respectful way for all involved.

Relationships impact on our wellbeing and happiness. When our personal relationships are not working well, our ability to cope with other areas of our life is often affected. Even with the best of intentions to resolve their problems, couples don’t always have the necessary skills to work things through in a satisfactory way. When couples are unable to overcome the difficult times, their relationship can start to feel lost. Many relationship difficulties can be managed and supported with the right kind of help. Couples who work through the rough times tend to develop stronger bonds that make their relationship more satisfying.

Sean can help assist you to discuss any relationship difficulties that you are experiencing. Whether you are wishing to enter a relationship, wanting to enhance your relationship, or having difficulties within your relationship, he will work with you as an individual or with you and your partner, asking questions to understand your relationship and assist you to find ways to manage your situation more effectively.

“My promise to you is that I will work with you on the issues you care about to achieve the outcomes you want to achieve in a respectful way. I am a listening ear and a sounding board so that you can work through your concerns without being told what to do. Rather than solving your problems for you, I can help you to develop skills and strategies which are instrumental in building a strong relationship.” Sean.
