Enrolment
To register, please complete the relevant enrolment form and enclose payment. Cheques can be made out to ‘Life Bridge Pty Ltd’ and over the phone credit card payment can be accepted. A tax receipt will be issued. Costs are GST inclusive and cover training, materials, and teas unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Any cancellation of attendance must be made in writing and received by Life Bridge no later than 1 week before the training date. In this situation a refund less 10% cancellation fee will be provided. After this date refunds are not possible, regardless of personal circumstances. We understand that personal circumstances can prevent attendance, including medical conditions and emergencies, weather or transportation, however the logistics of event management prevent us from assuming responsibility for these contingencies. To assist, Life Bridge offers for the registration fee to be credited to another Life Bridge course in the future or to other Life Bridge Services. In an unlikely unforeseen event causing cancellation of the workshop by us, a 90% refund will be provided.
